If I could offer any buyer advice, I would tell them to really look at the home’s resale value. What is the long-term longevity of the house? While the home may be an ideal fit now, chances are it won’t always be. Often the home you purchase won’t be your forever home. When it is time to sell, you want to ensure you can get your money back and (hopefully) make some money while you’re at it. See your house as not only a place to call home but as an investment.
